• Implement and configure BE6000 with its UC applications (CUCM, IM/Presence, Unity,…etc).
• Implement and configure Voice Gateways, circuits, SRST and Jabber.
• Implement and configure CCX; reporting, scripting and CR.
• Implement Cisco video conference end-points and Video conference infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining hardware/software products as well as upgrading and migrating
• Reviewing data monitoring stats and confirming SLAs with platforms and carriers are met
• Maintain UC monitoring systems.
• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience with Cisco network/UC infrastructuren• CCX experience is highly required.n• Video Conference experience is highly preferred.n• Capable of front-line interaction with enterprise end users and E-staffn• Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary
