    • Procurement:
  • Preparation of Annual Purchase Plan / Annual Procurement Calendar in consultation with user departments.
  • Total requirement identification through Compilation Purchase Requisitions.
  • Vendor management
  • Tender Preparation in line with User departments requirement
  • Finalization of Bid Evaluation Criteria and obtaining approval from competent Authority.
  • Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and maintained
  • Floating of Tender (Limited or Open)
  • Obtaining internal approvals in line with guideline.
  • Bid document evaluation
  • Statutory Compliances like Taxes & Duties
  • Negotiation with Vendors
  • Vendor finalization & award of PO/Contract/LOI
  • Quality Management arrangement of Third Party Inspection or In-house Inspection.
  • Liasioning with Vendors for timely supply of material.
  • To ensure Timely Payment to Vendors
  • Conversant with E-Procurement process
  • Handling Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, C&AG Audit etc
  • Develop standards for contracts/tender documents.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the contract, contract management plan, risk management plan and organizational policies and procedures.

  • Type of Stock / Inventory
  • Inventory Carrying Cost
  • Inventory Replenishment System Re-order level /Safety Stock
  • Ageing Analysis
  • ABC Analysis
  • Lead Time gap analysis
  • Warrantee / Guarantee management
  • Scrap Management
  • Material Allocation in consultation with User department
  • Logistic Planning / Execution / Freight permits /E-way bills
  • Store management and MIS
  • Maintaining certificates/documents, Ware-house management etc
  • Handling Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, C&AG Audit etc.
