Admin/Secretary (open vacancy) – Doha

Job Description

-Respond to mails and correspondences on behalf of the company in a timely manner.
-Perform General Admin duties as requested.
-Maintain and update vendor list for Materials & Services.
-Liase with Clients & Subcontractors as needed.
-Organize & Maintain Company Databases.
-Process regular and periodic confidential documentation
-Assist in HR duties as required and assigned.
-Generate RFQs, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes & Disburse Payments as required.
-Perform clerical duties as assigned.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.


-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
-Ability to Multi-Task & priortize work accordingly.
-Effective and professional oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
-Valid Qatari Driving License
-Secretarial courses/past experience in this field
