Field Service Engineer (open vacancy) – Doha

Job Description

• Troubleshooting and resolving complaints reported by customers, provide superior customer service during installation and troubleshooting
• Attend medical device installations and make sure proper documentation is prepared and signed by the customer
• Attend routine preventive maintenance of medical device
• Work effectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment
• Time, territory and inventory management
• Maintain excellent relationship with customer and arrange periodic visits to ensure all medical devices are properly functioning and used
• Apply effective communication skills in order to build loyalty while proactively managing and resolving high-stress situations
• Proactively improve expertise through continuous learning (online or in-house training attending)
• Provide end user training and demo application if required
• Responsible to maintain all tools and scientific equipment in excellent condition, arranging for its periodic maintenance when required


• Proven previous work experience as a Field Service Engineer in the Medical Device Industry
• Excellent technical background with understanding and hands on experience in medical device servicing
• Minimum experience of 7 years or more in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Medical Technology is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills, practical experience of interfacing with customers is highly preferred
