Gain a detailed understanding of the in-scope Client K2 Five platform, environments and

operating processes along with other in scope technology landscape of SharePoint, SAP and

SailPoint

  • The support scope of Client K2 environment is limited to Application, Admin and platform and

Operation support

  • Guidance and recommendations on industry best practices
  • Provide L2/L3 – Application, admin, platform, and operation support on the existing K2

landscape

  • Inbound/outbound integration of third-party systems will be the responsibility of the relevant

teams. The supplier will be only responsible to consume the provide integration protocol/services in

form of web-services, APIs, add-ons, etc.

  • Address and close all opened tickets within SLA’s & Vendor coordination – K2, Microsoft and

other 3rd party vendors

  • Provide application housekeeping activities, operation support services – break-fixes,

configuration changes, scripting, bug-fixing, patching, administration, and Monitoring & license

utilization. Supplier shall also be responsible for Application packaging & Release management

  • Provide OOB K2 reporting
  • Provide domain expertise within the discipline of production support to drive continuous

improvement

  • Comply with Client standards for compliance, security, architecture, and Software Development

Lifecycle Policy (SDLC)

  • Prepare knowledgebase documents, user guide, and training materials on-demand basis for key
