Lady Trainer (open vacancy) – Riyadh

Job Description

-Responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organising and overseeing appropriate training.
-Responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.
-Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
-Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
-Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation
-Consider the costs of planned programmes and keep within budgets-Develop effective induction programmes for new staff
-Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
-Conduct appraisals
-Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
-Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
-Evaluate training and development programmes
-Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
-Keep up to date with developments in training
-Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
-Devise a training strategy for the organisation
-Build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the learning and development team


-Ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance.
-Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
-Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
-Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
-Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
-Certification from talent and training associations a plus
-Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organisation, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary
-Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly
presentation skills (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
-Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
-Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
-Excellent leadership, team building, and management skill
