About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in Abu Dhabi.
Job Role:
All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the outlet
Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the restaurant
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned
Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform upselling all items offered by the department assigned as well as offering alternatives
Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully
Requirements:
Open to any nationality
Male or Female, 40 years old and below
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably with fine dining experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Point of sale (POS) software, inventory software, Restaurant guest satisfactory tracking software etc.
Can work on a flexible schedule
