Production Officer – General Insurance at Clover Brokers – Beirut

3-4 years of experience within Insurance Field 

PRODUCTION

 Plan and organize production schedules

 Determine quality control standards

 Gather all required documents needed for the issuing of the insurance policies

 Issue and check insurance policies and cards (when applicable)

 Issue cover notes

 Issue clients’ invoices

 Issue the schedule of payment

 Issue the certificates.

 Deliver the necessary quotations pertaining to simple risks

 Assist in preparing for new, special and corporate businesses

 Control monthly production and proper closure through the assistance of the Accounting department 

 Issue individual policies with different companies through the different online systems 

ENDORSEMENT AND RENEWAL

 Operate and follow up on clients’ endorsements 

 Reconcile figures with insurance companies and TPAs

 Calculate and update the loss ratio

 Renew policies according to protocols in place and management supplier’s strategy

 Issue the renewal slip taking into consideration the risk quality and quantity, the existing policies, rate/premium, the budget, the loss ratio, the claims experience etc.

 Update, prepare and quote the slip
