Sales Manager (open vacancy) – Casablanca

Job Description

Our company is active in the field of plastic raw material distribution in Morocco and Tunis, mainly in Polyethylene.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us develop our business in the above areas, mainly Morocco.

Priority goes to candidates living in Morocco, having a proven track record in polyethylene and plastic industry.


· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

· Strong business sense and industry expertise

· Excellent relationships with PE converters active in Morocco and Tunis and mostly Morocco.


· Achieving growth and hitting sales forecast and targets

· Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

· Submission of sales reports and forecasts to management

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
