Job Description
Job Purpose
Greet and serve customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the house duties to uplift the dining experience for customers and enjoy their meals.
Job Responsibilities
● Greet guests in a professional manner and show them to their seats in the designated areas.
● Inform customers of daily specials or menu items if requested from customers.
● Deliver served food and beverages items to the Head Waiter for table delivery.
● Assist the Head Waiter in table service during rush hours and when requested.
● Check up the tables regularly to clear or bussing when needed.
● Clean tables and chairs, reset tables and make sure proper sanitation as per the standards.
● provide the bill to guests, collect their payments and process the transaction.
● Polish silverware, restaurant set up and filling condiments.
● Prepare tables set up, including the complete set up of linens, silverware and glassware. Move to activities.
● Perform other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following:
● 2 – 4 year of experience in a related field.
● Food & Beverages Diploma.
● Bilingual (Arabic & English).
● Organizing skills
● Communication skills
● Presenting skills
